Returns
Customer satisfaction guaranteed. If you’re not happy, send it back.
Total Survival Prep does not charge a restocking fee on returned merchandise.
If the merchandise that you order is delivered damaged or not correct in some way, please let us know
immediately by contacting customerservice@totalsurvivalprep.com and replacement merchandise will be shipped immediately with no charge to you, the customer.
Should you, the customer, decide to return the merchandise for any reason other than damage or Total Survival Prep error, you will be responsible for shipping both ways. We do not refund shipping charges for merchandise that is returned for any reason other than damage or our error.
All returned merchandise must be in new and resaleable condition, in its original packaging and including all original packaging materials.
Due to safety guidelines, No returns allowed on any food or water products.
Notification of intent to return must be within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. All returns must be sent within 14 days of receipt of merchandise.
All returns must be authorized by Total Survival Prep and receive a return authorization number (RA#) by contacting returns@totalsurvivalprep.com
A copy of the return authorization must be included in with any returned merchandise.
Upon receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise a credit will be issued to your credit card or paypal account. Please allow up to 10 days processing time for this to occur.
Shipping
Shipping carriers used by Total Survival Prep - USPS, UPS, Fed EX.
Most merchandise will ship within 2-3 business days. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery unless priority shipping method has been selected.
No international shipping available at this time.
